1) How do I personalize my order?
Upload your photo and enter any text on the product page, then add to cart and checkout.

2) Do you send a proof/preview before production?
We don’t send proofs/previews before production. We crop and adjust your photo for the best fit.

3) Can I change my photo or text after ordering?
Changes are possible only before production starts. Message us ASAP after placing your order.

4) What photos work best?
Use bright, clear photos with good lighting. Avoid blurry, dark, or tiny images.

Shipping & Delivery

5) When will my order ship?
Most orders ship in 2-3 business days. You’ll receive tracking as soon as it ships.

6) Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do

7) What if my package is marked delivered but I can’t find it?
Check around your delivery area and with your local carrier. If it’s still missing, message us and we’ll help.

Returns, Replacements & Issues

8) Do you accept returns?
Because items are personalized, we can’t accept returns for change of mind. If there’s an issue with your order, message us and we’ll help.

9) What if my item arrives damaged?
Message us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist.
